It’s the Perfect Time to BBQ & an Apron Giveaway

Can you believe that it is already August? Now really… where did July go? And before you know it summer will be over, so now is the perfect time to BBQ.

I love BBQ’ing. I will admit that sometimes I overcook meat and burn vegetables, but most of the time my BBQ’ing escapades are successful!

Besides mushrooms (of course), one of my favourite things to BBQ is asparagus… oh, and pizza… and peaches drizzled with a honey… Forget it! I can’t narrow it down to just one favourite thing!

Regardless of what you are BBQ’ing, there is one thing that ever great griller needs…. that’s right, an apron!

Mushrooms Canada “Make it with Mushrooms” Apron Giveaway

In preparation for the final stretch of BBQ’ing season, Mushrooms Canada is giving away 5 of our very fashionable “Make it with Mushrooms” aprons.

These very comfortable aprons feature the lovely Mushrooms Canada logo, two deep front pockets, and two strings for easy adjustability… trust me people I where these aprons at every show, and they are great!

I always pass on your recipes in my blog as I love mushrooms although my favourite thing to barbecue is Vidalia onions, almost quartered, knob of butter, alittle seasoning, wrapped in foil and barbecued for about 20 mins then put on the rack whilst everything else is cooking. They come out caramelised on the bottom and are delicious.
