‘Tis the season to be hungry! That’s how that goes, right? Because with all of my shopping done and decorations in place, my holiday menu is all I can think about!! 

Mushrooms make a great addition to any holiday table and provide a helping of nutrients too! While most of us aren’t worrying about the calorie-count of our festive feasts, it’s nice to know there are meals that can we can indulge in, guilt-free. Mushroom-packed meals will help make you fuller, faster, and bring vitamins and minerals to the dish as well. You might just say, we’re Santa’s Little Helpers.
