Mushrooms “Go Green” In Calgary

That’s right! Mushrooms Canada is in Calgary this weekend cooking up a storm at the Calgary Go Green Expo at the Roundup Centre at Stampede Park, March 27-28th.

I will be preparing two of my favourite recipes at the Go Green Kitchen; Sweet and Spicy Stir-Fried Mushrooms, and Grilled Mushroom, Tomato and Avocado Feta Salad.

Make sure you swing on by and sit in the audience, everyone who does will recieve a sample of the recipes, a brown paper bag, recipe booklet, and a ballot to enter to win a T-Fal Hot Spot Frying Pan.
