We were lucky to have another fantastic group of submissions for this year’s, incredibly competitive, Appetizer Spotlight contest! We had a very, very tough decision on our hands. The Mushrooms Canada staff and the good folks at the Food Bloggers of Canada came together to pick our winner!

Ilona has won the opportunity to be our featured appetizer at this year’s Food Bloggers of Canada Conference at Delta Hotels Ottawa City Centre! Our Mushrooms Canada table at the Friday night reception of FBC2017 will feature a deconstructed poutine station and we can’t wait for everyone to come by for a try. Not only that, but Ilona will be in attendance to see her recipe enjoyed, having won a full conference pass and 2 nights accommodation to the sold out event!
