Mushrooms Canada and Ontario Sheep Present the Student Chef Challenge Recipe Book!

Mushrooms Canada partnered with Ontario Sheep to host a student chef challenge at Durham College. Five teams from three schools were challenged with creating appetizing dishes using both mushrooms and lamb as the main ingredients. The results were mouthwatering!
