Over the weekend we were covered in quite the blanket of snow! Although digging my car out doesn’t exactly put me in the festive spirit, it certainly reminds me that Christmas is close.

What a busy and exciting weekend Mushrooms Canada had at the Toronto Gourmet Food & Wine Expo! All weekend long, we were sauteing Fresh Ontario Crimini Mushrooms in Olive Oil and Italian Seasoning to nearly 50,000 hungry people!
