Our Appetizer Spotlight contest is officially closed! We’ve so loved seeing all of these tasty entries, fighting to win their way into the SOLD OUT FBC2016 conference.
We’ll be showcasing the final submissions over the next little while, as we work hard to make our decision. This year’s contest has certainly been a tough one! Today, we have Fareen of Food Mamma sharing her Beef & Mushroom Samosas which embrace the flavours of both white button and shiitake mushrooms.

Blending is easy: simply blend finely chopped mushrooms into the ground meat of your choice to add depth of flavour, added texture, and beneficial nutrients to the dish.
