We’ve received our first entry and it’s a mouthwatering inaugural submission. Karen of Kravings Blog used the Blend & Extend concept to make mini meatballs and stuffed them inside of mushroom caps, topped with cheese. Creative and delicious!!
I’ve recently returned from a European vacation to Germany, The Netherlands, Italy and France. It was the trip of a lifetime! We spent 3 weeks travelling the land, seeing the sights and eating as much as we could, because that’s what vacation is for, right?!
