Treat Your Sweetheart with Mushrooms this Valentines

What are you doing for Valentine’s Day this year? We don’t typically make a big deal of this day of romance, although we do use it as an excuse to get our butt’s off of the couch and do something different.

This year, I think we plan to dine in for the evening, trying my cooking chops on and seeing what I can come up with! When I’m planning a “nice” meal (something that tastes good and looks great) I often head to our blog, since our bloggers really know how to make meals shine!
