Don’t you just love it when inspiration hits? That was the case with Bernice of Dish ‘n’ the Kitchen! When you come home from holiday and realize a contest is ending that night at midnight, most people throw in the towel, but not Bernice! It was wonderful to follow along with her brainstorming on Twitter.
We’re nearing the finish line and our final announcement of the winning recipe! We can’t announce a winner until you’ve seen all of these amazing recipes though, so today, we bring you these Stuffed Mushroom Stuffed Potato by Bakersbeans! You may remember Wanda’s submission from last years contest, her fabulous Thai Beef in Toast Cups with Mango Salsa that we’ve since served up at one of our own events. We can’t wait to try these creative appetizers!
